1 · What the program is

FIPRON ERP is a single, secure, web-based business platform that runs the entire FIPRON group. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one live system where every department — finance, factory, sales, service, distribution and marketing — works from the same real-time data.

One platform
Every company and department shares one database, one login system and one consistent interface.
Real & live
Backed by a real server, PostgreSQL database and secure sign-in. Records you save are kept permanently.
Role-aware
Each person sees only the modules relevant to their job, while leadership sees the consolidated group view.
In one sentence: FIPRON ERP turns the proposal's promise — a unified Channel ERP/CRM, an enterprise ERP foundation and an AI digital-marketing engine — into a working system you can log into today.

2 · The group model — one group, three companies

FIPRON operates as a group of three trading companies. The ERP keeps each company's data separate where it must be, yet rolls everything up into a single group view for leadership.

🏭 Fipron Factory
Manufacturing & assembly — production, inventory/BOM, quality control, procurement, equipment maintenance and shipping/customs.
🛠️ Fipron Services
Field operations — installation projects, site surveys, service tickets and warranty/RMA handling.
🌍 Fipron Canarias
Channel & distribution — CRM, distributors, quotations, pricing, training, incentives and marketing.
Fipron FactoryFipron ServicesFipron CanariasFIPRON Group (consolidated)

A group view sits above the three companies, consolidating finance, KPIs and analytics so directors see the whole business at a glance.

3 · Who uses it — the six user types

Every account belongs to one of six roles. The role decides which modules appear and which company's data the person can see.

Group AdministratorWhole group (all 3 companies)Oversees everything — all modules, all companies, user setup, consolidated reporting.
Finance ManagerGroup financeGeneral ledger, chart of accounts, AP/AR, assets, cash & bank reconciliation, budgets, cost & profit centers, financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), VAT/Tax, payroll and compliance reports.

Service ManagerFipron ServicesInstallation projects, site surveys, service tickets and warranty/RMA.
DistributorTheir own ordersSelf-service portal — submit orders, track delivery, download documents & certificates.
There is also an end-customer Customer Portal for warranty lookup and finding a certified installer — the public-facing face of the system.

4 · How access & security work

  • Secure sign-in — every user logs in with an email and password; the system issues a protected session token.
  • Role-based access — the server (not just the screen) enforces what each role may open. A finance user simply cannot reach factory data, and vice-versa.
  • Company scoping — company-level users see their own company plus shared group records; the administrator sees all three.
  • Audit trail — logins and every create / edit / delete are logged for accountability.
  • Group consolidation — financial and KPI data automatically rolls up to the group level for leadership.

5 · Module map — what the system can do

The 69 modules are organised into ten groups. Each module is a real, data-backed workspace with live KPIs, tables and the ability to add and manage records.

New — Xero-grade financial reporting: the Finance group now computes live statements straight from the general ledger. A single Entity selector produces a full Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and AR/AP aging for each company individually or for the consolidated Group, each exportable to CSV, Excel or PDF. The UAE Tax Center turns those figures into FTA-ready VAT 201, Corporate Tax (9% above AED 375,000), ESR and WPS submissions, tracked in a filings register.
New — service & account operations: five further modules close the operational loop — Cost & Profit Centers (budget vs actual by responsibility center), Service Contracts (AMC, SLA & warranty extensions with response SLAs), Technician Scheduling (field dispatch board), Preventive Maintenance (recurring service schedules for installed sites) and Key Account Management (strategic accounts, health & review cadence).
New — comprehensive ERP suite (25 modules): the platform has expanded into a full-scope ERP with four fresh capability groups. Point of Sale adds retail checkout (terminals, sales, cash sessions, payment methods). Procurement delivers the complete source-to-pay flow (suppliers, requisitions, RFQs, goods receipts, supplier payments, returns). Inventory & Logistics brings multi-warehouse control (warehouses, stock transfers, adjustments, batch/serial tracking, reorder rules). HR & Payroll covers the full employee lifecycle (employees, departments, designations, attendance, leave, loans & advances, expense claims), and Project management gains depth with task boards, timesheets and delivery milestones. Every module is data-backed, role-secured and live on the same PostgreSQL database.

This is how a single opportunity travels through the whole group inside one system:

Finance records the invoice, VAT and commission along the way; analytics attributes the won deal back to the campaign that created it — closing the loop.

8 · Technology & trust

PostgreSQL database
An enterprise-grade relational database for reliability and scale, with daily automated encrypted backups.
Secure object storage
Uploaded documents (contracts, certificates, drawings) are kept in a dedicated, access-controlled store — not the public web.
Protected sign-in
Industry-standard token authentication, hashed passwords and server-side permission checks on every request.
Managed cloud hosting
Runs as a monitored service behind a hardened reverse proxy with HTTPS; hosting & support included for two years.
