1 · What the program is
FIPRON ERP is a single, secure, web-based business platform that runs the entire FIPRON group. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one live system where every department — finance, factory, sales, service, distribution and marketing — works from the same real-time data.
2 · The group model — one group, three companies
FIPRON operates as a group of three trading companies. The ERP keeps each company's data separate where it must be, yet rolls everything up into a single group view for leadership.
A group view sits above the three companies, consolidating finance, KPIs and analytics so directors see the whole business at a glance.
3 · Who uses it — the six user types
Every account belongs to one of six roles. The role decides which modules appear and which company's data the person can see.
| User type | Sees the data of | What they do in the system |
|---|---|---|
| Group Administrator | Whole group (all 3 companies) | Oversees everything — all modules, all companies, user setup, consolidated reporting. |
| Finance Manager | Group finance | General ledger, chart of accounts, AP/AR, assets, cash & bank reconciliation, budgets, cost & profit centers, financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), VAT/Tax, payroll and compliance reports. |
| Factory Manager | Fipron Factory | Production orders, inventory/BOM, quality, procurement, equipment and shipping. |
| Sales Manager | Fipron Canarias | CRM, quotations, distributors, catalogue, pricing, incentives, training and marketing. |
| Service Manager | Fipron Services | Installation projects, site surveys, service tickets and warranty/RMA. |
| Distributor | Their own orders | Self-service portal — submit orders, track delivery, download documents & certificates. |
4 · How access & security work
- Secure sign-in — every user logs in with an email and password; the system issues a protected session token.
- Role-based access — the server (not just the screen) enforces what each role may open. A finance user simply cannot reach factory data, and vice-versa.
- Company scoping — company-level users see their own company plus shared group records; the administrator sees all three.
- Audit trail — logins and every create / edit / delete are logged for accountability.
- Group consolidation — financial and KPI data automatically rolls up to the group level for leadership.
5 · Module map — what the system can do
The 69 modules are organised into ten groups. Each module is a real, data-backed workspace with live KPIs, tables and the ability to add and manage records.
6 · The three pillars from the proposal
| Pillar | What it covers | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Channel ERP & CRM | Distributor portal, catalogue, tiered pricing, CPQ/quotations, orders, delivery, quotas & incentives, lead/deal CRM, warranty & RMA, training/certification. | Sales & Service group + Distributor / Customer portals |
| 2 · Enterprise ERP foundation | Finance & GL, procurement, manufacturing, logistics/customs, HR/payroll, field service, QHSE, BI & analytics, document management, security. | Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Governance groups |
| 3 · AI Digital Marketing engine | AI blog & SEO, programmatic landing pages, social automation, cold outbound, paid acquisition, webinars, lead routing & attribution. | Marketing Campaigns & Content & SEO (under the Sales group) |
7 · The end-to-end value flow
This is how a single opportunity travels through the whole group inside one system:
Finance records the invoice, VAT and commission along the way; analytics attributes the won deal back to the campaign that created it — closing the loop.
